Build a foundation in global PM standards

IPM’s processes draw from the world’s leading project management approaches — the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the UK’s Prince2. So which is better? Neither — they complement each other. PMI provides the knowledge for portfolio, program, and project management. Prince2 is a scalable approach to operationalize that knowledge.

IPM does not offer project management training directly, but in-person and online courses are available to help you achieve certifications from both PMI (the Project Management Professional) and Prince2.

Hear from other MCAs

IPM is more successful when Accountable Entities share knowledge with each other. These podcasts capture real experiences and lessons learned from MCAs across the world.

Tools for infrastructure delivery

Developing infrastructure with global partners is always challenging. The global partner may know best practices and current technologies, while the MCA knows the local environment and client needs. These two tools help ensure the right match.
