◆ MCA STAFF TRAINING
MCA onboarding course
A self-paced introduction to how MCC Compact programs actually work — built for every Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) staff member, in any country, at any point in your tenure. The course explains the program, your role within it, and the processes that keep delivery on track. Work through the modules in order, or jump straight to the topic you need.
How the course works
Compact programs are complex by design — many moving parts, many partners, and processes that exist for good reasons. This course exists to make that complexity navigable. It is not a test of what you should already know.
Self-paced
Complete the modules on your own schedule. Each one builds on the last, but every module also stands on its own.
For every MCA
The content is generic and applies to any MCA, regardless of country or how long you have been in your role. No prior experience is assumed.
Part of onboarding
The course is a standard part of onboarding for MCA staff working on Compact programs, owned centrally by the IPM team.
Completion tracking
MCAs that opt in can route module completion through a simple compliance reporting process. Tracking is optional and set at the program level.

◆ COURSE MODULES
